Team Operating Principles
This one day session centers on the collectively held values that form the culture of the team. Participants assess the functioning of the team based on these values and formulate team operating principles with a strong commitment to apply them. This exercise energizes the team and provides a basis greater coherence and partnering.
Prior to this session, individual participants fill out a questionnaire to identify their own values and take part in a 90 minute debrief on the results.
The cost of each session is $3,500, plus HST.
An additional $300 per person, plus HST fee also applies for the assessment phase. This process will occur prior to the meeting. Each person will complete an on-line values assessment and then in advance of the meeting, schedule a one-on-one consultation session to debrief their individual results.

If you are interested, the 3-hour session fee is $1,800, plus HST. The additional per person cost for the assessment fee remains the same for either a full day or a 3-hour session.
