“Twenty years from now we will look back at this period of the early twenty-first century as a critical turning point in economic and social history. We will understand that we entered a new age, one based on new principles, worldviews, and business models where the nature of the game was changed.”
                                                                                                    ~  Don Tapscott: Wikinomics

A major challenge facing today’s organizations is increasing complexity and interconnectedness: there is growing density of relationships among people and issues all across the world.

In the future, the most successful leaders will not be those with the best technical solutions or the most compelling style. They will be those who understand how to intervene and engage others in large systems they do not control. They will be those who can create the conditions for collaboration.

The Kingbridge Collaboration Institute supports collaboration through innovative forums,  facilitated opportunities, and technology platforms. Initiated by the passion and experience of John Abele, co-founder of Boston Scientific, the Institute is convening a network of leading thinkers, managers, and organizations to explore, apply, and innovate collaborative strategies and tools.

Are you ready for a more collaborative future?
Of equal importance to collaboration as the approach
are the conditions or environment.  Kingbridge strives
to provide an environment that is not only conducive to
formal learning, but provides informal learning
  opportunities through community and human
  interaction.

At Kingbridge we endeavor to foster collaboration not
only through technology and facilitated activities but also
by providing opportunities for people to interact and
learn about collaboration in spaces that are significant
  and thought provoking.

Informal learning, by its nature is unplanned and fortuitous and the physical environment can do much to enhance this process.  Throughout Kingbridge you will find a series of exhibits intended to surprise, stimulate and provoke thought, conversation and ultimately inspire collaboration.
