Tim Dixon has been serving organizations for more than 20 years, by designing and facilitating experiential learning workshops. Tim was a founding partner with InCourage, where he and his facilitation team provided learning programs around the world in the areas of team effectiveness, leadership development and organizational change. Tim was also a Senior Consultant at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce’s Leadership Centre.
Mary Newman is the founder of LOOK Research, Strategy and Innovation. She is an experienced facilitator of design thinking processes and conducts customer experience research to support innovation processes. She specializes in working with complex multi-stakeholder groups in municipalities, transportation, financial services, healthcare and telecommunications among other sectors where integrative thinking and consensus building is a necessity for success.
